Amazing views and excellent service!

We had a fantastic romantic getaway with stunning views wherever you looked. The room was cozy and well-furnished with everything you could need. What made our stay perfect was the excellent service from the friendly staff who were always eager to help and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and taking part in local activities.

While we enjoyed most of our stay, the one thing that left us wanting more was the food. It was okay but not spectacular, and we had hoped for more variety and better quality.

The stay here was pleasant with a great location and essential amenities for families. The hotel offers a amazing view of the valley from the upper rooms and pool area. the staff were courteous, and the communication before the trip was excellent.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful region. the vicinity offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and tea plantations. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are clean. the staff is polite and helpful and attentive to guests' needs.

The stay at this hotel was truly pleasant. The location is fantastic with beautiful scenery all around. The amenities provided are perfect for both couples and families. Some of the highlights include an open area, kids play area, and a shared swimming pool. The hotel also has an elevator, which is great for elderly guests and those with children. The staff here are extremely courteous and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Communication from the hotel before my trip was exceptional, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. It's definitely a value for money experience that I would not hesitate to repeat.

The only downside I found was that the food was average, and the breakfast buffet spread was limited. Additionally, there is no AC in the rooms, so you have to rely on opening windows for cooling.
